These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Clinical Training Systems website and platform ("Platform") operated by Clinical Training Systems ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Clinical Training Systems provides software tools designed to support clinical and EMS training operations, including scenario generation, training coordination, inventory tracking, and related operational functions.

The Platform is intended for professional training use by authorized institutions and personnel.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful training and operational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with Platform security or operation
• Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the Platform without authorization
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair service

Access is restricted to authorized users.

Access to the Platform may require account credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Restricting access to authorized personnel
• All activities conducted under your account

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

The Platform, including its software, design, structure, and content, is the property of Clinical Training Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform solely for authorized institutional purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written authorization.

Institutions retain ownership of their own training content entered into the Platform.

Clinical Training Systems retains ownership of the Platform software, architecture, and system functionality.

We do not claim ownership of institutional training content.

We strive to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Infrastructure or network conditions

We may modify or update the Platform to improve functionality.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Clinical Training Systems makes no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific training outcomes

Use of the Platform is at your organization's discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinical Training Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Platform services during the applicable service period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated or if use poses security or operational risk.

Institutions may discontinue use at their discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Clinical Training Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
